"Your Realtor in Paradise"

When I first embarked on the possibility of buying property in Mexico, I thought it would be the most difficult process, ever. It wasn't.

From the beginning, everything seemed to go smoothly. I arrived on Sunday evening. Owen picked me up at my hotel on Monday morning and we were off looking at 5 or 6 properties.

On Tuesday, I decided I wanted one of the condos. On Wednesday, I contacted Owen and asked him to put in my offer. He did and gave the seller 24 hours to respond. On Thursday, they accepted the offer.

On Friday, the inspector was available, so the condo was inspected Friday.

Our original closing date was for Dec. 23, but my beneficiary was lacking his passport. Owen never acted anything but positive. The seller agreed to push back the closing for a month.

When I arrived, Owen had already brought over groceries, a blanket and pillow, etc. When I could not repay Owen right away for his expenses, he was completely understanding! (Opening a bank account in Mexico can take a LONG time!)

He has explained the utility bill situation so I would know what to do, and no matter what question I have, he's helpful every time.

Owen is super-friendly and never intimidating...which granted, moving to another country IS intimidating!

AND can feel overwhelming, to be sure, but thankfully, because of Owen, it was completely doable!

I would highly recommend Owen to anyone interested in moving here!
